Want to show how many users are currently viewing your blog? Where are they logged-in from? Want to show the world how popular your blog is? Don't want to spend money for to achieve these feats? If the answer to all these questions is 'Yes', then read on. This post is about such an on-line service provider.
Here is the step by step guide to enable such service for your blog:
- Goto this page.
- Here you'll see a single text box which says "My URL". Enter your blog's URL here.
- Click the button which says "Track my visitors".
- A javascript code will be shown. Click in the text box. Whole code snippet will be selected.
- Paste it into your blog (select an appropriate location; different blogs have different methods for pasting code)
- A link will appear in your blog showing the number of visitors currently on-line.
- If you click the link, a new web page will open in your browser. It will show a Google map along with the location of the visitors location highlighted.
- This code shows the number of visitors who had logged onto your site since the last 5 minutes.
